As part of the Parkway team, the Administrative Assistant II plays a critical role in the daily operations of our schools. You will collaborate with building administrators, process work orders, and manage records related to student attendance and discipline. Strong skills in technology and communication are essential for success in this busy, multifaceted role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage work orders and student records efficiently
• Collaborate with the registrar for student changes
• Document student attendance accurately
• Organize and plan various school events
• Maintain discipline records and transportation logistics
Requirements:
• 2+ years' experience in office settings
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Apps
• Excellent multitasking abilities in high-pressure environments
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required
• Capable of maintaining confidentiality in all duties
