This position is dedicated to supporting an assigned block of group retirement clients through strategic consulting and exceptional service. You will generate sales through marketing efforts while contributing to annual growth goals for the Retirement practice. Building strong relationships and ensuring high client satisfaction are pivotal in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage proactive consulting for retirement clients
• Generate new sales and marketing opportunities
• Monitor and respond to client inquiries related to retirement
• Develop client meeting materials and follow-ups
• Track client records and maintain internal systems
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years' experience in retirement client services
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional client service
• Strong knowledge of governance and compliance
• Excellent interpersonal skills for stakeholder interactions
• LLQP license required or willingness to obtain
