Construction Project Coordinator Position

This role offers mentorship and growth into full project management responsibilities.
As a Project Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting construction projects in downtown Calgary. Under the mentorship of a Project Manager, you’ll deal with project documentation and coordinate communication with various stakeholders. This position will allow you to learn the construction process while ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and maintain all project documentation and materials
• Track change orders and prepare necessary documentation
• Assist with sample and shop drawing reviews
• Report progress and productivity to senior management
• Oversee compliance with company-wide safety protocols
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Building Technology or related field
• 1-2 years of Project Coordinator experience
• Expertise in Procore and MS Project is a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Adaptable and ready to work on-site
