In this influential role, you will report directly to the Design Manager while managing design projects and ensuring that designs meet all required standards. Your expertise in managing timelines and producing accurate, fabrication-ready designs will drive our success. A minimum of five years of experience in the engineered wood products sector, along with relevant education, is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create effective designs for wall panels in various building projects

• Organize documentation, project costing, and manage schedules

• Maintain communication with consultants and clients

• Prepare detailed fabrication packages for production teams

• Advocate for design quality and safety compliance

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of design experience in the EWP field

• Proficient knowledge of construction methods and building codes

• Skilled in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office tools

• Effective communication and organizational skills are critical

• Post-secondary education in Engineering, Architecture, or related fields
