• Support faculty in meeting the needs of all learners in their class as well as supporting students who have specific learning challenges.
• Champion student success through individualized support, proactive relationship‑building, and a restorative approach to navigating student behaviour and conflict.
• Contribute to school‑wide counselling and mental wellness initiatives, working alongside the Student Success Centre to provide integrated academic and social‑emotional support.
• Support student well‑being and contribute to a positive, inclusive classroom environment and school community.
• Participate in the broader life of the school through collaboration and community involvement.

• Bachelor of Education degree is required.
• Valid Alberta Teacher Certification.
• Teaching experience with both gifted and challenged learners.
• Experience in counselling, mental health or school‑based wellness programming.
• A student‑centered, inclusive approach to education.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Enthusiasm for contributing to school life beyond the classroom.
