- Support faculty in meeting the needs of all learners in their class as well as supporting students who have specific learning challenges.

- Contribute to school‑wide counselling and mental wellness initiatives, working alongside the Student Success Centre to provide integrated academic and social‑emotional support.
- Support student well‑being and contribute to a positive, inclusive classroom environment and school community.
- Participate in the broader life of the school through collaboration and community involvement.
- Bachelor of Education degree is required.
- Valid Alberta Teacher Certification.
- Teaching experience with both gifted and challenged learners.
- Experience in counselling, mental health or school‑based wellness programming.
- A student‑centered, inclusive approach to education.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Enthusiasm for contributing to school life beyond the classroom.
