Continuing Education Manager at AUArts

Lead the Continuing Education initiatives at Alberta University of the Arts as a Manager, focusing on diverse learning opportunities and community engagement. Your leadership will advance non-credit programs through innovative strategies and partnerships.
In this full-time permanent role, you’ll oversee the development and management of non-credit continuing education offerings, include courses and workshops catering to various age groups. You will be responsible for revenue generation, budgeting, and maintaining equitable access to programs. Your strong leadership will guide a dedicated team towards achieving targeted goals and fulfilling institutional priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage non-credit continuing education portfolio operations

• Oversee scheduling and resource allocation for programs

• Lead employee relations and team development

• Monitor budgeting aligned with revenue objectives

• Establish partnerships to enhance program offerings
Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Adult Learning, or related field

• 5 years in a similar leadership role

• Proven experience in program development and revenue generation

• Strong operational and financial management skills

• Experience in fostering equity and inclusion in education
