Position: Indigenous Research Methods Instructor 2027
Shape future educators as a Sessional Instructor in EDER 630, focusing on Indigenous Research Methods at the Werklund School of Education. Teach both online and in person from January to April 2027.

The term certain Sessional Instructor role involves developing graduate courses in Educational Research and Educational Psychology. You will engage students in key ethical considerations and unique perspectives within Indigenous research frameworks. This position emphasizes your teaching expertise, leadership capabilities, and collaborative spirit to enhance student experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach online and on-campus courses for graduate students

• Explore Indigenous research methods through a holistic approach

• Foster collaborative learning environments for student engagement

• Guide students in ethical considerations of research design

• Address key reflective questions about identity and purpose

Requirements:

• Completed doctorate in education or related field

• Proven teaching and leadership experience in education

• Experience in online and distance education settings
