Training & Standards Expert in Aviation

Become a pivotal part of the Operations Control Team in Calgary as a Training and Standards Specialist.

Your role will focus on developing and maintaining effective training systems for operational excellence.

Reporting to the Operations Control Manager, you will collaborate with the Quality & Standards Manager. The primary focus will be on updating training materials, administering learning management systems, and ensuring effective onboarding for operational personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain up-to-date training manuals for accuracy

• Administer Tovuti and manage course content

• Deliver onboarding and recurrent training sessions

• Collaborate on updating training based on regulatory requirements

• Support continuous improvement initiatives through feedback collection

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Min two years of experience in aviation operations/training

• Strong understanding of Transport Canada regulations

• Experience with operational manuals and LMS

• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
