Future Foundations Academy serves students between 8 and 21 years of age with Autism Spectrum Disorders. This role requires you to coordinate with parents, educators, and related service providers to support the effective implementation of IEPs while monitoring students’ growth. Successful candidates will possess a Master's degree in Education and certification in a related field such as Social Work or Psychology.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and manage individual student educational progress
• Collaborate with staff to integrate services effectively
• Provide behavioral support and intervention strategies
• Train staff on diverse teaching methods for student engagement
• Maintain accurate and organized student records as required
Requirements:
• New Jersey Teacher of the Handicapped certification needed
• Master’s degree from an accredited institution
• At least three years of experience in related field
• Preferred experience in social work or educational psychology
• Strong commitment to enhancing student learning experiences
