Seasons Transportation, providing dedicated support to students living with disabilities. This full-time, office-based position emphasizes behavioral strategies and transportation safety.

As the Student Care Coordinator, your job revolves around enabling students to navigate their education with the necessary support. You will engage in daily field activities, including driving with bus teams, monitoring safe practices, and providing behavioral interventions. Consistent communication with families and schools is paramount, along with implementing training programs for our staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive to meet bus teams and complete ride-alongs

• Deliver behavioral support through troubleshooting securement practices

• Track and update safety records regularly

• Maintain strong relationships with families and educational staff

• Coordinate training on disability-related topics for employees

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years supporting children with disabilities

• Strong knowledge of behavioral strategies and interventions

• Completion of a relevant diploma or degree

• Excellent organizational and record-keeping abilities

• Experience in the transportation or school bus sector is a plus
