As a Site Trainer at NACG, you will play a crucial role in ensuring operational competency through effective training and evaluations. This position is ideal for safety-oriented individuals with mining experience, adept at mentoring and supporting teams. Your skills in equipment training and program adherence will greatly impact the site’s performance and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver comprehensive training to all site personnel
• Conduct equipment training with competency evaluations
• Address operator abuse issues and coach improvements
• Implement and monitor the company's training program
• Maintain accurate onboarding logs and weekly reports
Requirements:
• 5+ years operating experience in mining
• 1+ years on excavators and haul trucks
• Experience in crew coaching or supervisory roles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and LMS software
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License required
