Facilities Engineering Lead at Harvest

This senior engineering role requires leading facility and pipeline projects from initial concept through to handover. Candidates will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, creating essential documentation like Design Basis Memorandums and Management of Change packages. You will also be responsible for ensuring projects align with regulatory and technical standards while overseeing all engineering aspects through internal resources or EPCM partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead facility projects from design to construction and handover

• Develop comprehensive project documentation including DBMs and MOCs

• Identify optimization and compliance opportunities for facilities

• Oversee engineering aspects through in-house or EPCM resources

• Provide onsite guidance, job scoping, and troubleshooting

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in mechanical or petroleum engineering

• 15+ years in oil & gas and SAGD facilities

• Registered APEGA member (P. Eng)

• Certification in PEIMS and PLIMS

• Strong knowledge of industry codes and regulations
