Position: WinSport Event Setup Manager Needed
Join Win Sport as an Event Setup Manager and take charge of coordinating event spaces. Supervise the setup process while ensuring client satisfaction and safety standards.

In this pivotal role, the Event Setup Manager will lead a team in organizing various corporate and private events. You are the key liaison between Win Sport and event coordinators, translating client needs into successful layouts. With two or more years of supervisory experience in event setup, your organizational skills will be vital in managing high-volume demands while maintaining safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead event space configurations and setups

• Act as on-site contact for event coordinators

• Perform safety inspections pre- and post-events

• Collaborate with multiple departments for efficient setups

• Engage and manage external vendor relationships

Requirements:

• Two years minimum in a supervisory role

• Experience in coordinating large-scale events

• Forklift certification or ability to obtain

• Valid Class 5 driver's license essential

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word
