As a Count Team Supervisor, you will manage your team's operations to guarantee compliance with Alberta Gaming & Liquor Commission regulations. This position requires overseeing the drop process, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring the safety of casino assets. You will train and evaluate staff while upholding the highest standards of service in a dynamic entertainment environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise count team and oversee daily drop accuracy
• Train and evaluate team members effectively
• Maintain compliance with accounting and internal control procedures
• Ensure timely adherence to drop routes and staffing levels
• Prepare and forward detailed reports to the Accounting Department
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous count team experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High-quality interpersonal abilities
• Basic math skills and computer knowledge
