In this permanent role, you will facilitate game experiences while managing check-ins and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your friendly and energetic personality is essential as you create memorable interactions with players, ensuring they have an exceptional gaming time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct check-ins and explain processes to customers

• Assist players during game sessions to enhance their experience

• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the facility

• Handle transactions with professionalism and accuracy

• Observe gameplay and assist new players as necessary

Requirements:

• Customer service experience (1 year preferred)

• Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Strong multitasking and communication abilities

• Outgoing, energetic personality ideal

• Willingness to support various schedules from 8 am to 1 am
