In this role, you will lead players through check-in and gameplay while maintaining a vibrant atmosphere. Ideal for dynamic and confident individuals, you will enhance customer satisfaction by keeping the action flowing. Your attention to detail and customer-first attitude will be essential in your daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome customers warmly and manage check-in flows
• Actively facilitate games and engage with participants
• Keep track of gameplay and offer support as required
• Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of the facility
• Assist customers with inquiries and transactions
Requirements:
• 1 year of relevant customer service experience preferred
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong interpersonal and multitasking abilities
• Outgoing with the ability to draw attention in groups
• Flexible to work varied shifts starting as early as 8 am
