• Communicate detailed troubleshooting measures and solutions
• Provision access for new hires to essential systems and software
• Keep hardware inventory accurate with management tools
• Uphold IT security protocols and contribute to a secure environment
Requirements:
• 2–5 years of hands-on IT support experience
• Expertise in MDM tools such as Jamf Pro and Intune
• Proficient in supporting environments with 1,600+ endpoints
• Strong communication skills, clear documentation expertise
• Involvement in small IT projects and commitment to process improvement
