Join our dynamic Trading IT department as an experienced Application Support Analyst. Your expertise will ensure optimal performance of critical trading applications in a fast-paced environment.
We aim to fill a key role supporting diverse applications vital for our trading operations. The ideal candidate brings over six years of IT experience with at least five years focused on application support within commodities trading.
Your role is crucial in ensuring seamless communication between business users and technical teams through effective problem resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver second line support for user-related issues
• Monitor and maintain production system availability
• Timely responses to user queries and assistance
• Escalate issues requiring developer support
• Manage system data and document solutions
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
• 6+ years in IT, with 5+ years in support
• Familiarity with SQL and XML is essential
• ITIL Certification is a plus
• Flexible working hours required for business needs
