As part of the Information Technology Services team, you will report directly to the Manager of IT Infrastructure & Cybersecurity. This internship aims to provide hands-on experience in various IT functions including technical support and infrastructure development. Demonstrating a keen sense of proactivity will be essential as you take ownership of assigned projects and tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in onboarding new users effectively
• Provide day-to-day technical support to users
• Perform desktop and laptop builds and deployments
• Conduct server support based on requirements
• Manage IT inventory efficiently
Requirements:
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Diploma program in IT
• Strong analytical skills and computer proficiency
• Experience with Microsoft suite and cloud computing
• Understanding of networking fundamentals
• Good verbal and written communication skills
