Elevate community health as a full-time Clinical Supervisor RN with Para Med. Supervise nursing staff while providing ethical care and developing relationships with patients for optimal health outcomes.
In this key role, you are responsible for supervising RNs and LPNs to uphold clinical standards and practices. You will engage in patient safety investigations, lead problem-solving discussions, and enhance clinical documentation adhering to funder guidelines. Your leadership will guide the team in delivering quality care and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise RN and LPN teams ensuring compliance with standards
• Address concerns from staff, patients, and families effectively
• Facilitate regular meetings for ongoing leadership and support
• Oversee patient safety investigations and documentation
• Collaborate with nursing team for accurate clinical documentation
Requirements:
• Active RN registration with the Nova Scotia College of Nursing
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on RN experience
• Strong patient health assessment skills
• Proven team leadership experience required
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
