Position: High-Volume Sales Order Coordinator
Be a vital part of the sales process as a High-Volume Sales Order Coordinator. Ensure seamless order processing and superior customer service throughout the order lifecycle.
In this central role, you'll handle high-volume sales orders from initial reception to final delivery. Collaborating with sales representatives and production teams, you will ensure that all requirements are met efficiently and effectively. Strong teamwork will enable you to support both internal and external customers to achieve company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete order processing lifecycle

• Provide financial updates and project statuses to stakeholders

• Administer and track all customer invoice preparation

• Coordinate necessary documentation with all parties

• Report accurately on units sold, rented, or returned
Requirements:

• High School Diploma; related Business education preferred

• 3-4 years of experience in a sales coordination role

• Solid understanding of customer satisfaction processes

• Effective communication and teamwork abilities

• Strong attention to detail in order management
