As part of the Shane Homes Sales Team, you will lead as an Area Sales Manager, utilizing your 3-5 years of relevant experience. A strong communicator and effective problem solver, you will ensure that sales processes are smooth and home buyers receive exceptional care. Your ability to adapt to different situations will be key in delivering value to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the sales center operations daily
• Ensure show homes are presentable and meet brand standards
• Write, negotiate, and finalize sales contracts
• Participate in community events and grand openings
• Collaborate with Online Sales Advisors for lead generation
Requirements:
• 3-5 years' experience in the new home industry
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Creative in problem-solving
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Strong relationship skills with various stakeholders
