This role aims to provide a secure and welcoming environment, requiring strong customer service, communication skills, and vigilance. You'll actively manage inquiries, assist patrons, and collaborate with your team to handle security incidents effectively. Key Responsibilities:

• Promote excellent customer service throughout the Casino

• Maintain vigilance for patron and staff safety

• Communicate with supervisors about suspicious activities

• Assist in the removal of disruptive individuals

• Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and security protocols

• Valid First Aid/CPR C/AED certification

• Police information check within the last 90 days

• Alberta Security License is an asset
