Field Technician​/Assistant Site Superintendent

As a Single‑Family Field Technician / Assistant Site Superintendent , you have the desire and passion to help construct unrivalled single‑family wood frame residential housing. • Maintain the building site in a safe, clean, and orderly condition – inside and out.
• Ensure ramps and safety railings are installed and maintained properly.
• Maintain a team environment through high‑quality communication skills with trades, staff, and customers.
• Perform a variety of construction tasks such as framing, siding, roofing, cabinetry, finishing, drywall, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and construction tune‑ups in preparation for occupancy.

• Post‑secondary education/certification in the building trades (e.g., carpentry, drywall, finishing, etc.).
• 3‑5 years of experience in a single‑family new home construction environment.
• Comfortable working from heights.
• Strong ability to multitask; be proactive; and understand attention to detail.
• Must have a sense of urgency and an ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Well‑developed communication skills.
• Ability to react well under pressure and treat others with respect while solving problems.
• Current working knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and building materials.
• Valid Standard First Aid, CSTS, and WHIMIS Certificates, and a valid Driver’s license.

• Salary Range: $62,681.78 - $75,000 per year.
