You will support daily operations while mentoring and guiding staff in their roles. Emphasizing relationship-building and skill development, you'll facilitate effective communication and interventions tailored to the specific needs of each youth. Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure trauma-informed practices guide all actions
• Lead shifts and coordinate responsibilities among staff
• Transport youth to essential activities and engagements
• Teach coping strategies and promote skill acquisition
• Organize wraparound meetings for comprehensive youth support
Requirements:
• Human Services diploma or degree required
• 2-5 years’ relevant experience in group care
• Familiarity with Natural Supports and trauma frameworks
• First Aid Certification and valid driver’s license
• Clear Police and Child Intervention checks within 6 months
