Position: Full-Time Family Court Counsellor Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage intake and safety screening for clients

• Assist parties with dispute resolution techniques

• Support defendants in navigating Family Law Act applications

• Log timely entries into service databases

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or relative field

• At least two years of relevant experience

• Skilled in legal documentation and assessment

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities

• Capability to thrive in high-pressure environments
