 About These Roles
 We're hiring for two warehouse positions at our Calhoun shipping operation — apply once and we'll match you to the shift that fits. Both roles move, stage, and load materials in a fast-moving warehouse where safety, accuracy, and reliable attendance matter more than anything else. If you have lift-truck experience, we want to hear from you.
 Role Comparison
 1st Shift — Lift Truck Operator

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
 Pay: $16.50/hr
 Equipment:
Lift truck
 2nd Shift — Pole Lift Operator

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
 Pay: $16.53/hr + 7.5% shift differential (~$17.77/hr effective)
 Bonus:
Hiring/retention bonus up to $1,000 in your first year (details shared at interview)
 Equipment:
Pole lift — lift-truck experience qualifies; new 2nd-shift hires may train on 1st shift for a few weeks before moving to their permanent schedule
 What You'll Do (both roles)
 Operate a lift truck or pole lift to move, load, and stage materials for shipment
 Pick, pack, and prepare orders to match shipping schedules
 Load trucks accurately and securely so product arrives undamaged
 Retrieve carpet rolls from the warehouse and deliver them to the cutting tables (Pole Lift)
 Run routine equipment checks and report any maintenance issues
 Keep the shipping area and equipment clean, organized, and safe
 Cross-train across the warehouse and shipping operation as you grow into the role
 Required (both roles)
 Shipping or warehouse experience
 Hands-on lift-truck experience — any lift-truck experience qualifies; pole-lift experience is not required
 Able to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift
 Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
 Reliable attendance — the shipping team depends on a full crew
 Authorized to work in the United States
 Preferred
 Active certification on material handling equipment
 Prior pole-lift experience (for the 2nd Shift role)
