Position Summary
(USA) Overnight Stocking Coach, Non-Complex
What You’ll DoLeads and develops teams effectively by teaching training and actively listening to associates touring stores and providing feedback. Communicates and collaborates with all levels of associates regarding store operations utilizing technology, merchandising and company direction. Introduces and leads company change efforts, provides clear expectations and guidance to implement business solutions, and communicates business objectives to teams effectively. Models and demonstrates exceptional customer service standards, manages and supports customer service initiatives, and resolves customer complaints and issues through action plans.
Drives financial performance and sales by reviewing PL statements, managing budgeting and forecasting, controlling expenses, ensuring effective merchandise presentation, and developing action plans to mitigate shrink and achieve profit goals. Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates through hiring, training, mentoring, and recognition. Coordinates job-related activities, identifies and communicates goals, builds accountability, and promotes continuous learning. Ensures compliance with company policies and supports ethics and integrity.

The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00 - $80,000.00. Additional compensation may include:
- Performance-based bonus awards and other financial benefits

- 2 years of college; or 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience; or 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience
- For facilities that sell firearms: successful completion of a firearms-specific Criminal Background Check (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training
- For facilities that sell only ammunition: may require a current state‑issued Certificate of Eligibility
- Required to attend and complete all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings)
- Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership from Live Better U or Bellevue University
- Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership from Live Better U or Bellevue University
- General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing responsibilities
