Skills Needed: Minimum requirements include:

Demonstrated knowledge of ALL building trades associated with Facilities Maintenance including the following: fire protection systems, fire protection monitoring systems, security systems, basic Audi/Visual
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks.
Working knowledge of office equipment (e.g., copiers and printers) and the ability to perform basic maintenance of this equipment.
Proven ability to manage relationships with all vendors and contractors
Experience in logistic planning/coordinating, including deliveries and inventory report
