Warehouse Lead

Oversee daily warehouse operations, assign tasks, coach team members, and ensure efficiency and accuracy.

• Pay Rate: $24.98/hour
• Schedule: Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm

• Assign daily tasks to Warehouse Associates, Forklift Operators, and support staff to maintain workflow.
• Provide coaching and on‑the‑job training to ensure compliance with best practices.
• Conduct audits, monitor warehouse procedures, and assist in process improvements.
• Collaborate with management to optimize labor and resource allocation.
• Resolve conflicts, promote teamwork, and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Lead shifts as needed to support smooth day‑to‑day operations.

• 3+ years of related warehouse experience.
• In‑depth knowledge of CJ Logistics warehouse procedures, policies, and best practices.
• Strong coaching, delegation, and motivation skills.
• Hands‑on problem‑solving with a process‑improvement mindset.

• Guided Warehouse Operations & Leadership Training.
• Training in Safety & Compliance, Conflict Resolution, and Employee Relations.
• Hands‑on experience in workplace culture and leadership communication.
