We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Security Supervisor to oversee the security operation at one of our prestigious locations, namely, Warren Towers in Newmarket. Whilst this role will be primarily based within the control centre, there will be responsibility for supporting both the control function and all static positions across the site.

You will play a key role in ensuring all officers are positioned correctly, standards are maintained, and the site operates safely and efficiently at all times.

• Provide overall supervision and day-to-day oversight of the Knight Protection team
• Manage scheduling and rostering to ensure full site coverage
• Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing support to team members
• Assist with onboarding and the delivery of training

• Be primarily based within the control centre, ensuring smooth operation
• Oversee all static positions across site and ensure correct deployment of staff
• Act as a central point of contact for incidents, escalations, and coordination

• Produce and maintain accurate daily occurrence logs
• Complete detailed incident reports as required

• Monitor CCTV systems in line with site procedures
• Respond promptly to any incidents identified
• Ensure all activity is accurately recorded and logged

• Valid CCTV Licence
• Valid Security Guarding Licence
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supervisory security role
• Experience with rostering and staff scheduling
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities across control room and site operations
• Flexible to work both days and nights
