In this position, you will coordinate vital functions surrounding payroll and time management, working closely with Shop Supervision and various departments. Your responsibilities will include uploading labour hours in SAP, preparing labor and overtime reports, and ensuring compliance with collective agreements. The ideal candidate will have strong communication abilities and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure daily accuracy in processing time and attendance
• Upload and resolve errors in SAP labour hours
• Generate and manage reports on overtime and labour variance
• Assist in drafting quotes for supplies and onboarding
• Engage in month-end payroll reconciliations
Requirements:
• High School Diploma; post-secondary education advantageous
• 1-2 years of administrative or payroll experience
• Understanding of Collective Agreements preferred
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
