This role is centered on ensuring the smooth handling of materials, fulfilling customer requirements, and upholding quality metrics throughout project timelines. You will engage in continuous improvement efforts while supporting the development of efficient processes to exceed client expectations in testing services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately receive and track customer materials
• Review and validate technical order documentation
• Establish specifications necessary for customer orders
• Maintain direct communication with clients regarding forecasts
• Support initiatives to reduce lead time and waste
Requirements:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet applications
• Strong communication and reporting skills
• Ability to interpret technical and industry documentation
• Interpersonal skills to build client relationships
• Experience with operational improvement practices
Achieve enhanced project efficiency by effectively managing materials and building strong client relationships in a testing laboratory environment.
