Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
• 10 years of manufacturing experience with a Bachelor’s in Engineering
• Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma Black Belt certifications preferred
• Knowledge of nuclear industry manufacturing processes
• Proven track record in leading Lean initiatives
• Effective leadership and communication skills
