Position: Skilled Automation Technician Needed
Precision Resource seeks a skilled Automation Technician for a full-time afternoon shift. Bring your automation expertise to maintain and troubleshoot essential systems in production.

This permanent role involves direct participation in daily operations and efficiency improvements. You will handle installation and maintenance duties while leveraging your experience with PLC programming and robotics. Working with a dedicated team, you will face exciting challenges in a variety of sectors including automotive and electronics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and troubleshoot automation systems effectively

• Maintain and replace various essential components

• Modify equipment controls to fulfill production needs

• Collaborate with Maintenance on repairs and PMs

• Train operators on machine setup and adjustments

Requirements:

• Graduate from an Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Technology program

• Minimum of 1 year experience in automated processes

• Proficient with Allen Bradley PLC and HMI systems

• Experience with Fanuc robot systems preferred

• Familiarity with CAD software like AutoCAD is beneficial
