In this pivotal role, you'll work with employees to implement continuous improvement standards and training within the manufacturing environment. Collaborating with management, you will define improvement projects, analyze performance gaps, and utilize lean tools to sustain operational success. The position will also participate in global CI initiatives, sharing best practices across locations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with teams to bolster Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and People KPIs
• Facilitate discussions for defining key improvement initiatives
• Systematic data collection and performance analysis using DMAIC
• Drive training and 5S implementation for sustainable practices
• Enhance material flow with Kanban improvements in production areas
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field needed
• 3+ years of relevant lean production or CI management experience
• Six Sigma certification desirable (Black or Green Belt)
• High proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and SQL
• Strong leadership in coaching and mentoring roles
