Assembly Operations Planning Coordinator

Elevate mechanical assembly processes as Planning Coordinator. Utilize AutoCAD and Solid Works to design layouts while managing KPIs for enhanced operational efficiency.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating both mechanical and electrical assembly shop floor layouts. Your key tasks will involve tracking departmental KPI data, leading continuous improvement projects, and ensuring all resources are correctly procured. Collaborating with assembly leadership, you will guarantee the timely and compliant execution of assembly operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design assembly layouts with AutoCAD and Solid Works

• Track KPI data for operational reporting

• Engage in continuous improvement activities and problem-solving

• Maintain content for the Assembly SharePoint site

• Conduct on-site verification of shop floor dimensions

Requirements:

• Post-secondary diploma in a relevant field

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Solid Works, and Excel VBA

• Strong skills in MS Office suite and digital editing

• Excellent critical thinking and communication skills

• Understanding of workflow processes
