Component Preparation Operator

This full-time role requires meticulous attention to detail and rotating shifts. Candidates should have at least one year of manufacturing experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or regulated industry. You will inspect, label, and package products while also preparing components and conducting quality checks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect, label, and package finished products

• Prepare components like caps and stoppers

• Complete batch records and documentation

• Perform cleaning and line clearance

• Conduct seal integrity testing and quality checks

Requirements:

• High school diploma required, post-secondary is an asset

• 1+ year manufacturing experience preferred

• Strong detail orientation

• Basic computer skills for documentation

• Ability to work in a team-based, fast-paced environment
