Key Responsibilities:
• Greet customers with genuine enthusiasm across various platforms
• Deliver high-quality service following established vows
• Resolve customer issues confidently and collaborate with leadership
• Support inventory management and maintain operational standards
• Handle transactions accurately at the cash wrap area
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in retail preferred
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to lift items up to 25 pounds
• Adherence to the store's dress code
