Elevate customer experiences as an Assistant Manager!
Your role will focus on driving sales, operational efficiency, and talent growth within our retail team.
As our new Assistant Manager, you bring 1-3 years of management experience in retail. You will support the execution of the store’s strategic goals while coaching and developing your team members. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance, optimizing team productivity, and maintaining a competitive understanding of the market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive store sales with effective strategies and customer focus
• Recruit and mentor a productive team of Brand Associates
• Take charge of your assigned store responsibilities

• Act as a Service Leader within the team
Requirements:
• 1-3 years in retail management is a must
• High school diploma required or equivalent
• Adept communicator able to engage customers and staff
• Flexibility for varied working hours, including holidays and weekends
• Capable of lifting 30 pounds and navigating retail spaces
