Lead customer service excellence at Pet Smart as the Retail Customer Service Supervisor. This role is key to enhancing the pet parent experience through dedicated service and associate development.
As Experience Lead, you are responsible for ensuring positive interactions and engaging your team members in growth opportunities. Your leadership supports customer loyalty initiatives and store event coordination while maintaining high operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate training and support for associates

Requirements:
• 2+ years of retail experience focused on customer service

• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds; exposure to pets
