The Senior Data Quality Analyst is committed to operational excellence with reporting platforms and data aligned to US Rare Disease Patient Support Services (PSS) and their objectives. Key components of this role include managing multiple tasks/assignments with demanding deadlines with minimal supervision. The candidate must be solution-oriented and demonstrate excellence in organization, attention to detail, analytical thinking and process management.

S/he will be responsible for reporting and data quality following critical areas:

  • US Rare Disease Patient Support Services data quality

  • Monitor data quality for Genesis (Salesforce CRM) and Reporting Platforms

  • Identify areas of opportunity for reporting and process improvements to drive reporting accuracy

  • Develop and implement test plans and scripts for various data quality processes

  • Monitor QA’s to identify any issues or ways to improve systems and database designs

  • Collaborate with database developers to implement effective automation processes

  • Maintain an effective framework in coordination with technology teams for production systems (CRM/Data Warehouse/Qliksense)

  • Run data queries to identify coding issues and data exceptions – cleaning data when necessary

  • Determine root cause for data quality errors and make recommendations for long-term solutions

  • Examine complex data to optimize efficiency and quality of data collected

  • Use of quality and performance metric tools (Qliksense) to communicate data quality trends and/or issues to relevant PSS teams

  • Development and maintenance of ‘Data Dictionary’ to be shared with cross functional analytic and development teams

  • Adhere to best practices in data analysis and collection

  • Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • 5+ years of experience in Biotech/Pharma industry or relevant reporting and data quality experience

  • Salesforce platform knowledge

  • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

  • Must have proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional groups and levels

  • Structured Query Language (SQL) experience

  • Qlik platform experience

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Excellent problem-solving ability
