CNC Operator (1st Shift)

Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (1st Shift)

Compensation: $17-$25 per hour.

The CNC operator loads parts into the machine, cycles the machine, and detects malfunctions such as worn or damaged cutting tools. The position runs production lots, communicates with co-workers regarding production runs, and maintains a safe, organized, and clean work environment.

• Load and unload parts into machines.
• Use basic measuring equipment to inspect parts.
• Maintain production rates.
• Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to supervisor.
• Perform inspection of machined products and maintain inspection logs.
• Follow all safety rules and policies as set forth by OSHA guidelines and company procedures.
• Follow detailed work instructions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

The employee is regularly required to remain in a stationary position at the workstation and frequently moves parts weighing up to 20 lbs.
