Position: Security Officer Armed Driver with Active Clearance
As a  Security Officer Armed Driver with Active Clearance  in  CAMDEN, AR , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a defense industry location.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns through the appropriate chain of command.
Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout buildings, restricted areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations, helping to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
Monitor access points and verify credentials, authorizations, and deliveries in accordance with site protocols for controlled aerospace and defense operations.
Support incident response by communicating with site contacts and public emergency personnel when needed, while maintaining awareness of post orders, use of force guidelines, and reporting requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

Have at least 1 year of law enforcement experience, or at least 2 years of security-related supervisor or manager experience, or at least 3 years of security-related experience.
Possess an armed guard card or license.
Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
Be at least 21 years of age.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
