Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models.
- Gather and analyze business requirements to create effective BI solutions.
- Design and implement data visualization strategies for actionable insights.
- Optimize DAX queries and Power BI performance.
- Integrate Power BI with various data sources (SQL, Excel, cloud platforms).
- Ensure data accuracy, security, and governance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and developers.
- Conduct user training and support UAT processes.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions.
Skills and Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with Power BI development.
- Strong understanding of DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
- Experience with SQL, ETL processes, and data warehousing.
- Ability to create interactive dashboards and reports.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or onsite environment.
- Experience with Azure Data Services.
- Knowledge of Power Automate and Power Apps.
