Position: Civil Engineering Co-op Student Role
Gain hands-on experience as a Civil Engineering Co-op Student with Aecon in Campbell River, British Columbia. Experience all aspects of project management in a vibrant construction environment.
In the Civil West division, you will work on significant heavy civil projects, assisting with day-to-day management and operational efficiency. Ideal candidates are enrolled in Civil Engineering or Construction Management programs and possess a foundational understanding of construction processes. This is a chance to significantly enhance your technical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site audits and submit analysis reports

• Aid Field Engineers with daily project requirements

• Execute quantity take-offs and productivity assessments

• Support job cost reporting and project tracking

• Maintain correspondence for active projects
Requirements:

• Enrollment in an applicable university or diploma program

• Prior experience in construction is advantageous

• Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications

• Strong communication and organizational abilities

• Clean valid driver’s license required
