Responsibilities
Handle daily and monthly billing of trucking charges.
Submit bi-weekly payroll.
Process monthly Visa expense reports for drivers doing overnight trucking.
Manage work boot reimbursements.
Ensure all current annual oversized permits are up to date.
Coordinate with local municipalities for any additional annual or single trip permits required.
Ensure drivers' ELDs are working accurately by reviewing daily/weekly reports from Geotab.
Order new Geotab tracking devices and handle replacements as needed.
Provide Geotab support, including addressing driver questions, resetting passwords, and making ELD adjustments.
Initially manage Geotab/ELD for Central Trucking with potential expansion to all service vehicles and drivers.
Prepare and manage trucking quotes as necessary.
Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge
Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within the logistics or trucking industry.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using administrative and fleet management software.
Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Experience with ELD (Electronic Logging Device) systems and Geotab if preferred.
Familiarity with permit coordination and vehicle registration processes would be an asset.
