In this pivotal role, you will coordinate, prepare, and manage all aspects of requests for proposals (RFPs) for Avantor. With 3-5 years of experience in proposal management or sales, your advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, will be key to your success. You will collaborate with teams and ensure timely submissions while adhering to compliance guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage comprehensive RFP responses

• Collaborate with Sales Management on strategic RFPs

• Analyze RFP requirements and compliance guidelines

• Reconcile pricing and finalize submission documents

• Facilitate kick-off and implementation calls

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• 3-5 years in bid or proposal management

• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills

• Strong communication and organizational abilities

• Knowledge of contracts and legal language
