This position is part of the Construction Technical Services Team, with responsibilities spanning from design coordination to project management. Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage BIM strategies across projects

• Generate and enforce BIM Guidelines and Execution Plans

• Lead BIM Coordination Meetings and oversee design compliance

• Maintain accurate and updated 3D models for collaboration

• Provide weekly updates on coordination issues to the project team

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred;
Associate’s acceptable

• Expertise in the AEC industry and BIM/VDC workflows

• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of BIM software

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• A commitment to sustainability through LEED accreditation
