As a Blaster-in-Charge, you will manage site-specific blasting operations and ensure adherence to safety protocols. The role requires a dedicated individual with a proven track record in blasting, hydraulic drill operation, and strong communication skills. You’ll work collaboratively with your team to foster an inclusive work environment focused on excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct daily site blasting operations effectively

• Manage hydraulic drill operations as needed

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of blasting experience

• Skilled in hydraulic drill usage

• Able to lift heavy loads and handle physical work

• Available for outdoor work in varying weather

• Familiarity with tools and technology
